4). Apart from the spare parts do you also supply machines or engines?
Yes honestly we do not assemble the machines or engines by ourselves, but we have selected long term cooperated factories for our engines supplying, with quality guarantee.
5). Can we use our own brand name?
Yes we are open for OBM supplying, on condition the brand name is legally registered in your country and well protected by your company. We also have some requirement for order quantity if you prefer with your own brand name and design.
6). How long is your period of production usually?
We have mature stock management system and strong production ability. The period of production is usually less than 3 weeks upon receiving your deposit. Speed-up arrangement can be settled for your urgent order and for urgent spare parts.
7). Can I make a trial order or sample order?
Yes we fully understand the importance of trial order for your checking about our quality and package design. You may make sampler order to us and the amount will be returned to you in your first order, only if you need it by DHL FEDEX UPS or EMS, the cost of courier shall be covered by yourself.
